Kids had to check in twice to get socks.

$350 birthday party and I felt like an inconvenience. Thanks for an average day, we’ll look elsewhere going forward.

Our party host, Shelby, was not extremely well versed in the hostess position I did not feel like. She initially neglected to provide our full array of party ammendments resulting in a return trip for pickup of birthday T-shirt and future jump passes, and overall she was not extremely friendly as I would have expected a individual in her position would be. The party room timing was fine but she was more awkward than not with expressing the need to complete the various aspects of each cake cutting, gift opening, service of food items, etc.

We were very satisfied with check in and everything before hand. As well as the beginning of the party, but when it came to the last twenty minutes with presents we got abandoned. Not sure if that is normal practice.

The birthday party part was boring. there was no enthusiasm from the host. There was no music. The pizza and cake was not offered to the adults. It felt rushed. The kids enjoyed the jumping but next time I will have the party at home.

My only complaint was that the actual party host wasn't enthusiastic at all. He did the bare minimum. He was friendly enough and took care of everything, but just had like zero personality.

The pizza was horrible! My kids, who will eat ANY pizza, said it tasted like cardboard. The jump time was too short and the party room time was too long.
