There was a short time during the check in process when there was only one staff member behind the counter (shift change maybe?) She was friendly and helpful, but could not possibly help people with waivers and do concessions and check ins all at one time.

That you have to jump without anything to drink had to jump an hour and a half before we could drink something besides the water fountain I would at least think spending 250 we could get something to drink while jumping for free other than that everything was good

I was not impressed with having to wait to get the party room set up. I know we only had it for an hour but all other parties who had hosts were setting the birthday boys and girls room up early. You all should have consistency with this for all parties. I had to ask where my host was at so the room could be set up prior to the party. He did what was needed but we had to wait.

I did not like that the parents to the children for my child’s birthday party had to wait and sit in the main lobby until the room was ready or our pizza had arrived.

Some areas are very crowded and strict rules of politeness not enforced Eg kids not waiting for their turn or occupying an area too long for no reason or misusing equipment... our pizza were not delivered and we still had to vacate the party room... Goody bag did not include what was described???
