We ran out of beverages constantly and has ti wait to long fo refills. The kids were getting very impatient

The cost was to high, we ordered food and they ran out. The children had to wait for there drinks until the party room opened. The place was crowed and not supervised well, my granddaughter was stuck hanging upside down crying and I had to save her the employee's weren't for around.

The one size pizzas are EXTREMELY small they are almost personal size. NOT good for parties. I ordered an additional 2 thinking they were normal size and were still short to feed my guests. When I saw them I requested to add an additional 4 and there were no more pizzas available at 3:30 in the afternoon? So I ordered 2 wings and fries and they did not make it to us before the party was finished. These were credited to our bill. I felt a bit rushed in party room.

We had a great experience. I just wish I knew that the pizza was a personal size. I would have ordered more.

Birthday party for 10 children includes 2 tiny pizzas. I had to order 2 extra and pay extra.
