The party was a bit pricey.

I felt there was no guidance in the party room. I thought there would have been more interaction with the Sky Zone personnel with the party. She handed out pizza and gave drinks, but at other places, they have a game or 2 (like limbo for instance) the kids can do while in the room.

The person that was helping in the room did not seem to know what she was doing so i took over and did it myself. She was very nice but moved very slowly and when you only have 40 mins to get pizza, cake and presents done you need to get things moving. Our gift bags were put into another room luckily they were not taken and we got them back after they searched for them. We ordered 3 pizzas only got 2. I think for the price it was not worth it at all. I will definitely not use skyzone for a birthday again.

We booked a party for my son's 5th birthday. I was given the wrong information at that time and had to pay for children not present. Managment was rude about it and I was given free socks but that's all they could do. My host was amazing but with a party of 50 there should have been 2 hosts.

Kim was outstanding! I appreciated being able to use the fridge for our fruit and cake. I also liked that you had birthday candles, as I could not find mine. My only problem was that there was a delay in getting into our party room. Kim just had the kids play until the room was emptied and then gave us some additional time in the room to make up for the delay. The main floor wasn't as clean as it could have been. Otherwise, no complaints, and the children had a great time!

Felt like our party was a bit of an afterthought, room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be, supplies were not on hand as expected. Host even admitted we were bumped from another room into a seldom used room. She made up for it, but it was a bit unorganized.

The party was great, but it was a bit annoying that the pizza was late giving the kids less time in the party room to eat the pizza and cake; there was no time to open presents. However, the kids had more time then to jump and a percentage off the cost of the party.

No explanation of what would happen for the party. If we were able to bring decorations, what time we would be allowed to be in the party room. I had to go up to the check in counter to let them know we were supposed to be in a party room. Our pizza was in cooked, way too much cheese and the sausage was falling off the pizza. It looked like it was a cheese pizza that they just pushed sausage on. The party host was nice but he was not notified about our party until I went up to the counter. Our cart was not in the room once we got in and it was just very disorganized.

The kids were entertained well and got great exercise. We were able to bring our own fruit and cupcakes. Staff was nice.

We called ahead to add a 3rd pizza to our party. When the time came. It was not ready. Our guests went and ordered other food since we had to wait for our third pizza. We were then stuck with this 3rd pizza to take home since it wasn’t ready until our party room time was almost over. Then when it came time to leave my husband went to pay and we were charged for all 10 pair of socks when we didn’t need all 10. Our party assistant was very nice, we just wish it was dealt with a little better.
