My Nephew was injured.

There should be an option to extend time in the party room when booking the party. It’s tough to feed 20 people food and cake in 40 minutes.

The young staff was taking to each other instead of addressing customers. Older staff was attentive.

I wish I could have gotten a little more help at the birthday party table that I rented. We ran out of soda & I would have probably ordered another pizza if someone would have asked earlier. I had to leave 8 kids sitting at the table & go wait in line at the concessions behind multiple people to get a soda refill.

I thought the older woman who was explaining the rules was a little rude. I understand there are rules to the jump zone, but these are children who are excited about a birthday party. She needed to dial down her attitude a bit.
