Booking the party was easy to complete online and I received thorough responses from the team members as we were planning the party and working out the details. The day of the event the team member determined which set up was best to allow all people to attend and have the correct amount of food. Participants all had fun and enjoyed the food.

First of all, our son said it was the best birthday party ever! We had a child with special needs in our group and there was stuff for him to do! I also liked the flexibility of the party package - it could be easily upgraded or downgraded and the deposit was 100% refundable if I had to cancel 7 days prior to the party.

It was Easy! My kids love Skyzone. I am familiar with the venue. Close to my house.

Parking is a problem, more so because of snow banks. However the business is well organized and they seem to have a good handle on the rotation of parties which helps keep the jump zones less crowded, even on booked up days.

The wait time was longer than expected, but the team at sky zone was fantastic and they did everything they could to ensure my satisfaction

It was very easy to book my son’s birthday party. I also enjoyed being able to actually enjoy the party as it was underway, as the SkyZone staff took care of all the details. Awesome variety of activities for every party patron to enjoy.

The kids loved it. The staff was great! There were many options of things for kids to do.
