I’m highly satisfied with sky zone because is very great place to work out especially for kids friends and family.I would recommend to all my friends and family in the future.

Check in was easy and great. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We got a little more time in the room which was helpful and much appreciated. We are going to come back for open jump as a family and possibly the next birthday party.

The party went great. I guess one thing was the “host” wasn’t aware that I brought a fruit and veggie tray, so I had to remind him. Also, I just realized last week, we never got the ice cream cups I paid for.

The lefty coordinator never took out things to the back room or explained rules. Luckily we were there previously and had a way better experience.

Our extra pizzas we ordered took so long we ended up taking them home. Wish they were brought on on time so everyone from the party could eat it.

This was our second year having a birthday party with you, last year was excellent. Our party host was friendly, extremely attentive and made this experience a breeze. This year the girl we had was barely in the room and did not help at all. She barely spoke 2 words to us. Also last year you guys gave the birthday a present with a shirt and 2 jump passes. This year we didn't get that or a thank you at all. Service was definitely lacking and no attempt was made to make the birthday girl feel like it was her special day. Very disappointing.

My son (Birthday boy) slipped and fell in the bathroom and hurt his arm. The party attendant cleaned it up quickly, however, it should not have happened in the first place. Make sure to monitor the bathroom floors, especially during Covid times!

Everything was good but it was just timing that when i went there ice machine was broken so soda was served warm and have ne charge for another extra pitcher which is ask kindly to take it down snce everything is warm to drink.the host setup theparty butididthe hosting itself understoodable that she is busy but we still gave her service charge

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional overall. This was true from the first person I talked to in signing up for the party to the person we checked in with, Brenda, and then Isabelle did everything she could to make us feel like we were her only priority even when she couldn't make the candles work.

Staff was excellent. The only issues that make my family not extremely likely to return for a party was the crowded/ busyness of the facility. We wanted all ( various)ages in our group to thoroughly enjoy their time, but some didn't feel they had much freedom to enjoy certain activities due to the high number of jumpers at the park. I understand staff is busy with attendees, but As a mom of young ones, I definitely appreciate when bathrooms are tidy. The one visit to the bathroom yesterday was not completely satisfactory. The pizza was great. We appreciated the great service and friendly smile of employee helping serve us in the party room.
