Everything was great but I wish the party could be 1 hr jump time and 1 hr in the party room. 40 min is just a little short to do cake and presents.

We were never notified when the room was ready. 40 minutes is not nearly enough time for a birthday celebration!

Somehow our party was not prepped for by the staff. Those at Sign In at our party time were able to locate our reservation and did the best they could to get things ready for us super fast. In the end, we had to ask for the B-day boy tshirt and other items that should have been on our party cart. The check in staff really did a good job working on the fly to accommodate us in the midst of a lot of parties that day.

It was great but the restroom had dirty diapers on the floor. Kinda gross. However, every team member from Jesus, Payton & Evan were outstanding. Thank you!

We were ten minutes late to start jumping waiting for the person to come out to talk with us plus the party room felt too rush for us to eat pizza and eat cake

Specifically birthday room. Time was not sufficient and serving drinks were not ready when we arrive into the room for a long time. There was no body to serve food to kids too. We had to do on our own :(

I was over all satisfied. However, i wish we had the party room for more then 40 minutes. It was not enough time for pizza, cake and open presents. However, the hostess in the room was very helpful.

No communication on getting to party room. Didn’t get to set up my own personal decor that I brought

I wish there was a game or activity which all the participants play together .
