Everyone was so easy to work with for our party! Adam made check in easy and Christina was an excellent party attendant, always 2 steps ahead of what was needed.

From the time we walked in and checked in the staff was friendly and attentive to our party. The kids were happy with the team members at the jumping zones.

Our hostess was phenomenal and Colten was extremely helpful from beginning to end. We made some adjustements when we arrived and he made them without any difficulties and made it seem like it was absolutely no problem. No attitudes from any staff members were experienced. It was a great experience. Thank you

Friendly staff and complete entertainment for kids.

The day of my kids birthday the weather was to be terrible and I was worried we may need to cancel. I called skyzone worried that I would lose my deposit if we needed to move the date. The staff was extremely accommodating, and fortunately we did not need to change the date. The staff was very nice and my son had a great time!

Scheduling of the party was easy. Check-in was a breeze. And the kids had an absolute blast.

Check in went well and the female attendant was very nice. The party room person was not very friendly. The one pitcher of pop did not taste right and because he left the room my husband had to take the pop for someone else to exchange. The room was dirty. Plates left on back table for use had food stuck on the side. There was sauce on the wall where food was served. Next to the hand sanitizer on the wall was a glob of something with hair stuck to it which I had to remove...disgusting! There was also an issue at the end because I saw no where in the contract that said I had to pay for at minimum 10 kids. I had only 8. The manager credited back some cost of extra pizza but it was still less than extra I had to pay for the party. I had so much left over pizza because the kids didn’t like it. Crust was hard and it had barely any sauce. While the kids had fun jumping, I really didn’t need to be cleaning up the room and leaving being upset about the cost. This was my daughter’s 13th birthday and I booked here to make it simpler for family. I would also suggest a little more time than 45 minutes in room. That didn’t leave much time for pizza, opening of presents and cake.

I was very satisfied with my experience just some delay is services due to volume

I did not like the fact that I had to ask someone to bring my drinks for the birthday party up to the room.i had a bunch of kids jumping an the parents had to purchase drinks because the were all thirsty. When drinks were included with the package. Also I did not like that I had to wait more than 10 mins in line to purchase ice cream when there was numerous employees behind the counter. At one time I saw 2 employees waiting on just one customer!
