It went well. Different information was conveyed to me on the phone, but when we got there, everything went fine and the staff was great.

I was given wrong information about the party room I had a kids parents we had to just stand around it was to packed to get a seat

friendly clean just would have like to see hand sanitizer close to places. only wish party was longer kids had a great time.

We had to wait quite a while, but we also arrived very early. But the event start I was given was 7:30 and the kids didn’t get to jump until 8, I kinda wish I had know. That beforehand to give them the heads up.

It seemed that the park was understaffed. At the rope swing and trapeze bar, kids were using the tools to retrieve those items when there really should have been someone making sure that the foam pit was clear before the next jumper went and actually retrieving the items for the children.

The goodie bags or should I say cups for the kids consisted of lollipops (9) and a sz bracelet. I had a toddler jumping in the party and the toddler area that was sectioned off had older kids in it and the attendant did nothing. Every time I went to ask the sz party host a question she was nowhere to be found. I paid for 18 jumpers and only 16 showed up but still did not get reimbursed for the 2 that didn't show up.

Expensive. Over the phone I was told certain times and when I was actually there the times were off. We were rushed to finish our party but the pizza took forever and the host didn't really host.

I didn't get to approve the list of people who signed in for our party and I am pretty sure we paid for more kids than were there for our party. It wasn't clear what to do when we got there and there were long lines for our party. Our party host was back and forth a lot and the kids were thirsty so we poured most of the drinks. We probably needed more than one host for a party that size. Randall was very nice but I think he needed help too. I will never do another party there. Too expensive for that many kids. the price should go down after a certain number of kids.

There check in was crazy ....I think too many parties booked they switched our room pizza was not warm when it finally arrived.

I paid for 10 jumper minimum for a birthday and feel that I should have received 2 jumper passes for another for another time.
