Check-in was a cluster. All of the presents and shoes were not delivered to the room as promised. I had to carry all of the presents and go hunting for my guests personal belongings. And, guests have to buy drinks and food after an hour of jumping, because we didn’t have access to the room and drinks/food that I paid for. You’re trying to make too much money by cramming in all of these parties at the risk of dissatisfied customers.

The party favors which are not cheap were a total let down

Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Especially the toilets. They were dirty on the outside and brown inside.

When it came time to check out and pay, there was a huge line for party goers to be checked in. There was only one person handling that job. Poor planning on the part of management.

Team was friendly and helpful if asked but not very attentive. Party room and upstairs was not very clean definitely could have been cleaned better. Overall I am happy with the experience though.

It would be more helpful to have the party room available during the entire jump time. For the price of the party, it would be nice to at least have drinks available to the guest during 90 minutes of jumping. The kids were all hot and exhausted and we had to purchase drinks from concessions for them while waiting for the party room.

The check in staff seemed overwhelmed or inattentive and did not provide clear instructions at time of check-in. I wasn't told that our waiver expored until rigt before we were given permission to jump. He was nice when approached but I had to seek him out most of the time. Would have liked lore time in the party room and would have liked guests to have access to drinks on between jumping. Upgraded to the Gold package the day prior via phone. When they set up the party favors were not on the room. He quickly went and grabbed them and neitheruself or the children were impressed with the favors. I was told there was candy in the favor bags and they literally have them 4 Tootsie rolls. Not cool.

Jump area was clean. Birthday attendant was good with the kids. The restroom was awful. ALWAYS IS! I can't believe this hasn't been corrected. Lobby/chair area was also unclean and floor was sticky.

Price is kind of expensive. They only provided enough plates for the kids and I had several adults in the party, including those who were not jumping. So a few of us had to eat pizza without a plate. The kid helping the party room was kind of slow, I don't know if he was new maybe. But over all the kids and adults who jumped had an excellent time.

Bathroom was disgusting. Seemed like a free for all. Kids were not given much direction at different stations but scolded for using them incorrectly.
