Overall, I was very satisfied with the party. My son thoroughly enjoyed his experience. The staff was extremely helpful and the kids had a great time. The only thing I would recommend is (especially for younger kids) to be able to choose the amount of jump time. 1.5 hours is a lot for younger kids. I would have rather paid a little less to have them jump for only an hour, which would have been plenty of time for them.

Long time for a bunch of boys to wait for jump time to start. 30mins is to long To wait. They asked for everyone to arrive at 4:00 & jump time didn’t start until 4:30.

We were given only 1 hour jump time because of the room not available for the time slot we wanted. For the party they should allow parents to use the facility without charge.

With the price increase, you no longer receive a jump pass for the birthday child to return. I’d rather have a return pass than a shirt. I also think with the price of the increase you should still be including socks

I hosted a birthday party for my son who turned 10. I had 12 kids there which I paid very good money for and was told during my reservation that some of my group may not be able to jump together in certain areas due to age/size. That was not the case when we got there. In the dodgeball area, 3 of my kids got hurt while there where others not with my party that were hurt by the same exact kids , that were firing the balls at these littler kids and nothing was done about it. Just disappointed that the rules did not apply until I complained. It was a very nice party and the kids had a blast beside getting hurt by the older kids trying to win a dodgeball championship!

For the amount we paid for the party, waiting in such a long line for the dodge ball area was terrible. You were not prepared with the drinks we ordered for the party and for them to have to wait so long to even get drinks was not good at all. I understand that your soda machine was not filled up but then the kids had to have things they didn’t really like and it took too long to bring anything else up to the party.

Everything was great. The price was a little high in my opinion, but otherwise I have no complaints

Wasn’t aware the food would be served so late. Was not told what the agenda was. The kids were exhausted and hungry before the time was up.

The restrooms needed attention during our visit. There was no explanation on where to jump and what was recommended based on the age of children that were in attendance. We were told “okay, go jump”. While I was aware of the jump time and the room time, it would have been nice for an employee to let us know the room was ready rather than leave it up to me as to when the room was opened.

There was not enough time spent in the party room. We felt very rushed!
