Time given for jump session and room were perfect. Host was friendly and attentive. Upgrades made recently to attractions were great

David who was the employee in our party room was amazing. So helpful!! The monitors were soooo friendly and helpful when my daughter got hurt. Overall staff was amazing from beginning to end!

It was Easy to plan and book my sons party. They took care of everything. We just brought the cake and the kids! They had a great time! I would definitely recommend Skyzone to friends and family!

It's easy to plan a party for kids there and they love it. The party helpers need to be a little friendlier. They young man at concessions was the nicest kid. He was very helpful and looked genuinely glad to help.

my daughter had a great birthday and so did all of her party guests! Since we booked her party for 9:30, I was able to set up decorations, balloons, paper plates and napkins which I brought, while my husband and daughter greeted her friends as they arrived and checked in! It was so nice bc it allowed me to enjoy watching the entire 90 minutes of jump time without having to excuse myself to do it then. Thank you to skyzone monroeville--you all were fantastic!!!

Smooth process. Kids had fun. Our room attendant was attentive and did a nice job.

I love the new additions to Skyzone with the Obstacle courses, trapeze, and zipline. It makes it more enjoyable for those that want more than trampolines, especially for parties.
