Ease of party planning, amenities offered for bday party, helpful/attentive staff

I was highly satisfied by the amount of time you gave the jumpers to jump. The party room was highly organized, and the food was delicous. I would highly recommend this to a friend or family member.

My party room attendant was awesome. He was constantly checking in making sure all was going well. Never ran out of drinks... he was sweet, friendly and efficient.

Everything was handled well. No problems. Easy to schedule and convenient.

The young man who took care of us during my son’s party was beyond amazing. I went into our room and he had everything done! Tables were set, food was there when we came in and he even hung our banner! . It allowed me to completely enjoy the day. He was also great with the kids. Plus all the new equipment is awesome! We’re scheduling our other son’s party in November. It’s the best birthday party we’ve ever had for our kids!!!

We had my son's 12th birthday party there. Sky Zone was helpful and made it easy to book and the prices were clear. ALL of the kids had a blast and my son said it was his best birthday ever! Jake was our server in the party room and was very nice and attentive. The only thing is we were supposed to get treat bags for the kids and did not...I'm not sure who's oversight that was. I also forgot until I was almost home but called and the manager fixed the issue right away by giving me a refund.

We were very satisfied with our visit, you made hosting a birthday party so easy! We are moving out of area and won’t have a sky zone in our new location in Texas.
