The lady that helped with the party was very good with the kids and extremely attentive. Service was very good

The team members were extremely attentive. We had a couple of kids get injured and they were quick to respond with ice.

First of all, this was an awesome place for the kids to have a great time! The woman that helped decorate my Party Room was amazing & I am so happy that we had her there! SkyZone even let us in early & I never had to lift a finger to help. I actually got to enjoy watching the kids have a blast! This was the best place for a party!

I had my daughter’s7th birthday party there. We had a crazy number of kids...ended up being about 32...with numerous last minute additions and cancellations. The staff handled all of that with stride and there were never any issues with changing the number. The check in staff was extremely helpful to all our guests. And I can’t say enough about our hostess. I do not remember her name, but she deserves to be commended. With allll of those children, she was on point with everything. Got everyone pizza in a timely fashion. Had the drinks refilled quickly. Handled the cake. Got us plates and foil to take cake home. She was absolutely amazing. My party was under Courtney Rawl if you would like to recognize the hostess. So thank you for a wonderful party! My daughter and her friends had an amazing time and it will be one to remember!!!

All I had to do was pay and show up with the cake and birthday boy! The staff was friendly and service excellent. My kid had a great time!

It was super easy to book our party, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is beautiful and clean. There is a nice place for parents to sit while the kids jump, and all of the jumping areas are in a single area, so it's easy to keep track of the kids. We will definitely visit again and recommend your facility to others.

Boo my sons party planner was FANTASTIC she made sure those kiddos were satisfied The hr and half jump time was perfect for the kids. Just enough time!

Ben from Dayton Ohio was so rude and racist like it was in believable but I thank Ian manger monroeville was awesome ty so much Ben should not take calls are work with kids at all a disgrace to sky zone
