I think less time in the party room and more jump time would be more appropriate for this age group. They got bored in the party room quickly and I had to pay for more jump time.

Upon arriving to set up for my child’s bday party, is was very unclear what to do. I had all 11 kids plus parents standing in the lobby and staff members just kept directing me to other staff members. After standing around for over 20 minutes, I finally had to go up and ask when we could jump. I was met with blank stares and was told “as soon as you get stickers”. Ok, so how and where do I get stickers for everyone in the party? After waiting again after we got stickers, I asked again when we could jump and was told “Oh! You can go ahead”. Instructions need to be clearly told to guests. However, the hostess that took us to our party room was WONDERFUL. She set everything up, even cut and served the cake. She earned herself a very nice tip!

I am not sure I am ever highly satisfied. I didnt jump but all the kids had a good time. The cost was a little pricey.

The day of our party was the busiest that I have ever seen this location. That obviously put a stress on the staff. There was no one at the guest check in when we arrived. I was soaking wet from carrying party items in from the rain. However, once we finally tracked down some help, checking in went pretty smoothly. The party room attendant did a great job!! However, we did not get our box of party supplies/t-shirt that was supposed to come with the party booking. I was disappointed that the pizzas for our party were from Domino's, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled time for them. However, they did allow our party extra jump time while we waited. Overall, I think the 11 boys in our party had a great time, I'm just not sure we maximized the value for our dollar.

The birthday party prices are too expensive. I did enjoy the experience. People are very friendly.

Because i scheduled a bithday party for a 5 year old. Paid good money for it, and the main jump area for small children had an injured man and was closed for an hour. My child walked around bored at his own party because the facility had dodge ball for a handfull of kids instead of opening for jump people were standing around doing nothing
