Pizzas for our party were behind especially the cheese for kids. Also another guest of mine had to get hand sanitizer for everyone prior to eating. Maybe there should be 2 party hosts as it seemed to be alot for 1 person. We ended up helping more than we should have.

They party was on time, I ordered extra food last minute was ready when party started. People working there were helpful, friendly, and patient.

My daughter was not given her special gifts for being the guest of honor. I spent a lot of money and Skyzone didn't give my daughter anything as a gift.

Two things were unclear: 1. Parents should be required to stay with their kids under a certain age. Some parents at our bday party dropped a 5yo and 2yo who then got lost and had no idea what was happening. 2. When the staff member walks the group back to the jumping area, they should be clear that no one is babysitting, additional parents need to pay (I had 6 add to my bill without my knowledge), and exactly what the jumping area is for that group. It was a free for all and I was nervous about losing kids the whole time.

I was not satisfied with the chicken that was ordered. The Chicken was SALTY, SOGGY and not edible. One of my guest has a dairy allergy and he could not eat cause the chicken was NOT appetizing, and i would never give that to a child.

Waited to long to get all kids checked in, food was not to my expectations & also the chicken wings were horrible! The bone in were too fatty & the boneless chicken was more like little popcorn chicken bites! Definitely not worth the money.

Check in is awful. Our personal items sat out unattended. Website is deceiving.

The jump area was too warm. It was a warm day outside and the place was packed, maybe the thermostat could’ve been set a little lower.

Need more assistant if pt has minor injury or accident. Like kids bump to each other and had bruise (need ice pack).
