The facility was overcrowded. The staff who were supposed to be monitoring the zones were not at all paying attention. In the area where kids jump off the trampoline into a foam pit, there were three or four kids jumping all at once on te trampoline. There was no order. It was complete chaos. I saw a toddler and what was probably a 10-year-old or older jumping on the same trampoline and then jumping into the pit. The staff said nothing. It is supposed to be one jumper at a time, wait until thy person is out of the pit and then the next in line goes. That was not the case. Not even close. It was chaos and nobody was monitoring. This situation was seen all over the facility. There were big kids in the toddler only area. There were no rules enforced. I had a big group of kids I was trying to watch and it was nearly impossible. I felt like the staff wasn’t doing their job of keeping the kids safe and making sure they’re following the rules. With that being said, the host in the party room was great.

I only have my party room for 40 minutes and for me to have paid over $500 for my event I expected to have the room longer. I paid for the room to be decorated with a certain theme and there was missing tablecloth and they did not have all the decorations hung. I also rented a private court and there was not enough sitting for my guest.

Too expensive for what I received. The check in process is way to disorganized and crowded. We had a large party and one of the children wandered off due to the chaos.

While everything was ready for the party, I never received direct calls as I should. Also 6 guests arrived about 10 minutes after party started and had to wait 20 minutes to get in. Also I had my sons party with mostly boys and were given pink water bottles.

It wasn’t explained to us that no one would be able to use the dodgeball court during our time there because somebody had reserved all dodgeball courts for birthday parties. Also no one reached out to us prior to the party, and there could’ve been easier ways of managing the check in

It was great. the value during toddler time is a bit tricky...normally I could bring all those kids for 8$ each, and somehow by booking a party I got less jump time and it was WAY more expensive. ya know?

It’s expensive. The girls enjoyed the jumping, but 60 minutes was too long for them.

No one called me in advance to help me coordinate my party, that would've been extremely helpful to me and my guests. Online booking had my time blocked out for 2 hours and I was only give 1 hour and 40 minutes.
