Our coordinator, Ralph was fantastic and attentive. He handled a bunch of 12 year olds boys like a pro.

The party host I had was amazing The manager ( a lady ) was very nice and was doing any and everything to make sure everything was in tact Also my kids had a wonderful time and dying to come back

IT WAS A NICE ENVIRONMENT, BUT I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE THAN WHAT I GOT FOR $350.

From party booking to party completion, the entire process was easy and uncomplicated. We had a group of 19 jumpers ranging in age from 4-14 and everyone had a great time. One suggestion however is to make your pizzas larger. My group consisted of a mix of boys and girls and there was just barely enough pizza to go around. Perhaps a slightly larger pizza option could accommodate bigger/hungrier crowds.

Everything was very easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our host was very polite and helped out in every way.

Our party host were great took care of everything. Food was fresh ready to serve when we went to the party room. The guest had a blast.
