They redeemed themselves from the terrible birthday party we hosted in August at Sky Zone.

OUR GROUP WAS PRETTY SIZEABLE THAT INCLUDED SEVERAL SMALL CHILDREN THE STAFF WAS VERY PATIENT AND HANDS ON WITH GROUP. ALSO TRULY ENJOYED PARTY ROOM...OUR HOST AGAIN MAINTAINED CONTROL AND SHOWED US NOTHING BIT GOOD HOSPITALITY...WE'LL BE BACK SOON!

Attentive and responsive staff all around the facility and in our party room. Kids had a ball and the party was organized very smoothly.

I think you don't need an hour in party room. Should have some things for kids to do- games, video, pictures.... when you have a whole bunch of kids in a room waiting , problems tend to occur.
