The person hosting forgot to give my daughter the gift included in the package and called us an after we had already left. She could have commented this to my wife or myself that there was a gift there.

Over all my twins had an amazing tike and it was a great place to have a first birthday! We reserved a dodgeball room and there were kids that werent in the party which the party had specific labels given to us and team members did nothing until i had to bring it to their attention because my toddler almost got hit in the fave with a ball by a random kid. Also went to the toddler section with my 1 year olds and there were older kids again playing dodgeball with our toddlers in there and there was no team members there. It was annoying!

When you first get there it seems so disorganized there are groups everywhere and when you have a party with 20 kids and to only get one rack seems cheap. Your check in process could be more streamlined by having multiple racks if its over 10 and a designated area for the party to wait together until jumping since you want the jumpers there 20 mins early.

The staff was very helpful and very sweet to my whole group. My birthday boy had an amazing time and I just wanted to say thank you so much to the wonderful girl that hosted and helped me with my birthday party for my son she was so sweet and so kind. She was so helpful and such a nice girl thank you so much and I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she was amazing and I think everybody and all the staff that was there on Saturday everybody did such a good job

we booked a party for 50 kids. only had 2 helpers. one of them mentioned she hadn’t been told it was a big party. ran out of drinks right away. took awhile to get more. at my request finally got a 3rd helper. the workers tried their best but my husband and i helped a lot and could not attend to kids. not prepared for party this size. caused undue stress. should have been better prepared. amount of kids not a surprise. i said 50 and we ended up with 48.

The communication between the crew members

The workers were not watching the kids at the foam pit. Kids were just jumping on the trampoline and not jumping in and the girl working said nothing to them.

The team member (TM) did not explain that the 1st area was our dodgeball area (only a private jumping space) and did not clarify that the kids could jump in other areas. We did play Dodgeball because we thought it was just a private jumping area. I told another TM who was very nice but just apologized for the confusion. We had never been there so working on making it more clear for guests on all the jumping places. We didn't even know there was a Volleyball and/or a toddler area until I was able to walk around and check out the signs of the spaces.

The pizza is not the best tasting and wished they had more themes for the decorations and better cake.Too standard and basic

I had booked a party and when we got there it was not organized at all. Didn't know where to place my party while we wait. Didn't know when we could jump or who I was waiting for to get any info. You need to keep an area for people with Parties separate from daily jumpers so that when guest come in they know where to go. It was a bit chaotic.
