Great customer service and staff very friendly kids had a great time

From the moment we walked in we had the BEST experience. Armando greeted us with a huge smile and let me know of the process. All expectations, rules and process was explained perfectly. He took the cake, goody bags and veggie platters and organized everything until our last guest was checked in. He then handed us over to (ah! I forgot her name AGAIN! starts with an A....for AMAZING!) Amazing host and then she introduced herself and sweetly talked me through everything she was going to do for us. Everything was 100 percent what they laid out and explained. We were EXTREMELY satisfied all the way to the end. A+ 5 Stars!! It really was your entire staff that made it amazing and super easy! Thank you!

I called in last minute Friday afternoon for help in setting up a birthday party for my daughter and it all worked out!!!

Party assistant was great she had every thing ready for the kids. I was just not happy thstythe parents were not able to go into the party room to wait for the kids. Really not enough room for parents to sit in , out on the jump area.

It is fun, organized, and the kids have complete freedom to choose their activities on their own! The staff is friendly and attentive. The jumpers are safe and contained, allowing the adults to feel at ease. The party host (Barbara) was so helpful and really ran the show for me. I never anticipated a party with 14 little boys to be so smooth! THANK YOU!
