Because time, I feel party room time is not enough, one hour not enough time for cake and food ! Everything was ok ! Everyone was enjoyed!!

Stephanie was an amazing party host, love her! The availability of staff to check in the guests was not readily available, the availability of staff to check us out was not readily available either.

The only reason Im no highly satisfied is because the team member was all the time in the party room and even she served all food which did not made me or my guest feel free! Its like you needed her authorization to get another slide of pizza! Dont get me wrong she was very kind and sweet, but maybe just placing the food in a table and everyone helping themselves will be better! Just my point of view! Other than that everything was great

My husband had to bring it to the attention of team member for my daughter to have a chance at the birthday drop. It’s where the child gets to drop a token and watch it go through a little maze to see which prize they collect at the end. If a friend hadn’t told us we would not have known. If it’s for those celebrating bdays why wasn’t it mentioned versus a friend telling us.

Everything was great! My kids had a great time and so did all my guests. I would book another party with sky zone again.

The counter space in our party room was not enough space for the food I brought in, the party room was way too small for my party. My guest didn’t have a chance to sit next to their kids during lunch. I asked to purchase more time in the private room but couldn’t due to a party scheduled right after us, which is understandable. We had to open up gifts down stairs in the waiting area because there were no available tables. I suggest to put it more tables down in the concession area. My party host was super friendly, kids over all were super happy and that’s all that mattered to me at the end of the day.

You guys did an amazing job

The stickers keep folling off the children and they would have to stop jumping to go get another one. There weren't very many places to sit.
