Overall it was a great experience. A few things were slightly off. We were told to arrive 30 minutes before the party but when we tried the doors at 25minutes to 12 the doors were locked. Not a big deal, but it was really cold and we had our hands full with the birthday supplies and the kids. Our host was great. She was able to assist with extras when we asked and quick to get the kids refills, etc. It was pretty stress-free and the kids had a lot of fun.

First off I didn't have to over work myself to have my son birthday. He manager mike and the associate that was assigned to my sons birthday was amazing. Super friendly staff and very knowledgable. I will have my kids parties here as often as my kids would like. We had an amazing time. Thank you for all your hard work.

Very friendly customer service. There is a tone of fun in each room to keep everyone entertained and active w/o getting bored and being ready to leave too early. Sky Zone rocks!!!

We held our son's birthday party at the Omaha location and everything was great!! The kids had a wonderful time and our party host Jocelyn was so friendly and accommodating! Thank you!

The boys had fun on their birthday even my special needs son sat and bounced on the trampoline and loved it. All the other kids had fun.

We had a party there and Jocelynwas our host. She did a tremendous job helping us out and attending to our needs. She was friendly and patient with the 23 kids at the party. Great experience overall for my son and his friends
