Loved the place! Zoe was fantastic! Best birthday party ever!

This was my first time here and I was blown away by how neat the facility was. Logan (our party host) was very friendly and on top of everything we needed. He did a great job with my son and helped keep the flow of the party. Thank you Logan and thank you Skyzone.

just an overall great time spent with family and friends and getting a work out at the same time.

I just want to say the girl that was in the party room was great and friendly. She made the birthday so easy. I had no stree. Thank you for a good time

One of our party guests pointed out to me that there was some sort of spill on the floor of the open jump area- paper towels were placed over it, but never picked up. The soggy paper towels were left on the floor. Also, the online invitation tool is not user friendly at all. I had a hard time sending them out and there was much confusion by our guests over the party details/host name/invitee names.

I was highly satisfied. The only thing would be that 2 hours before party room jumping will be better than one. Then, kids do not need to return jump for the price of the party.

Overall okay party. When booking online the time said 2 hours but in reality it was 1 hour and 40 min. Had to sit around with party guest until parents arrived for 20 min. Also was hard to find guest when it was time to start party. Would of been better if announcing party guest over intercom. Never received email with evites to send out, had to create my own. Not enough seating for parents. All chairs for tables were scattered about.

The party we booked started at noon unbeknownst to us Sky Zone doesnt open until noon, no one informed us of this when we booked the party and I confirmed that we needed to be 30 mins early to walk through everything and set up in the party room. We arrived 30 mins early & the door was locked. We had to wait for 20 minutes before being let in (11:50). The check-in person (also our host) was clueless about the system & how to take our payment, we had to wait 15 minutes alone at the front desk while she grabbed a manager. We (parent's of the bday boy) planned on splitting the remaining cost until it was immediately evident she didn't know how to do this so we didn't. Then we had to wait for her to get a calculator to determine the cash back. This whole process took about 25 mins to resolve which was 25 mins of jump time we could have had with our son, the birthday boy. The hostess was kind and tried to be helpful but she was not, didn't have any idea where anything was (knife to cut cake, tape to hang banner, napkins/plates) and there were no towels in the room to quickly address spills (it's a kid party). Overall, disappointed with the experience especially considering the cost.

Pizza was late however they let the kids keep jumping so they didn’t notice the waiting time.
