We had a scheduled party and I waited for almost 10 minutes just to get us checked in. The party host was with another party so I didn't meet her until halfway through our jump time. It was busy& there is construction going on but i felt as if they were understaffed for a Saturday afternoon.

Touareg very rushed I cooked my party no one called To confirm at the start of party I only had 2 kids ready to Jim so I was supposed to pay for a party and have kids show up and not get experience they should have called to say come early your part is only 1:30 I had kids there longer bc when scheduling part it was like 3-6 not 440

Staff seemed knowledgeable about drinks and didn’t tell us where to go once we arrived for our party

The only reason i didn't rate as highly satisfied was the price.

The host was great, facility was great I would have liked to talked with someone prior to our party to explain the good and drink, etc. Also I wish we could have picked how much time we wanted in party room. There was too much time in there. Would have wanted more jump time.

Front desk lady was not very attentive. Very slow at check in. Did not explain any rules. My party was booked incorrectly, and I was charged incorrectly. Time allotted for party wasn't much considering the price.

They were out of t-shirts for the birthday party. Hostess probably would not have told me if I hadn't asked. She said that some extra jump passes were given to replace the t-shirt. I don't think that's a sufficient replacement.

I would have liked our party host to have waited for all kids in our party to be there prior to explaining the rules, also he didn't explain certain steps while we were in the party room. For example, instead of saying "we are going to sing happy birthday", he just turned off the lights and put the cake in front of my child. it was a bit weird. He wasn't unfriendly, but also was just going through the motions. He really did nothing to make my child feel special about his birthday, and for being there. He also didn't thank us for hosting a party at SkyZone, nor did anyone else. It wasn't a bad experience (my kids had a great time). But for parents who are spending a lot of money it's nice to have a host who is engaged.

Our helper was very nice and knowledgeable but needed to keep party going in the room because kids were getting uninterested. I helped assist him in the process.

Too much time in the party room for 11 year olds. Wanted more jump time.
