Calling to book party was difficult. Always a recordi band having to wait for a call back. Longer time in party room would have been nice (hour).

My son wanted to play dodgeball and volleyball in the separate court, but they were closed and I did not receive an explanation. When I booked the party I thought I would receive a confirmation email but never did, which caused me to have to call back to confirm. The birthday room was stuffy and warm.
