The staff is very helpful. Good customer service. This is the third year in a row I go and celebrate my daughters birthday there. So much fun.

My party included kids ranging from 4 to 14 and there was something for all of them to do. It was great having a private court for everyone to start on and then the ability for them to take advantage of the other areas on their own.

I was told the party was from 3:30 to 6 p.m. but yet we were kicked out of the party room at 5:30 p.m. I don't know if it was just a miscommunication or misunderstanding.

My daughter enjoyed her birthday party very much! The entire experience and party was wonderful. Thank you!!!

The hostess (forgot her name)was awesome and very kind hope she got the $30 I left her as a Thank you,she was great.Every thing else was outstanding and you guys left No room for any notes to be addressed.

It was well organized. The amount of time in the jumping area and party room was perfect and our party planner was on top of everything and very kind and helpful.

I did not receive a confirmation email until I called to inquire. Once received the theme of party was incorrect and I called to correct. On date of party the theme had not been corrected.

I was not able to find my party attendant when I needed him. I also had to remind him about the kids icees and to pay at the end. Other than that the experience was great. Thank you!
