Only one person attended to 30 guests . That person wasn’t proactive . He could have asked for help from another person or the manager .

We booked the highest level party package...I had to ask for the icees, we didn't receive the t-shirt for the birthday boy, and the passes in the goodie bags to return to jump were expired.
