Brittany went above and beyond to make sure my last minute party was perfect. we couldn’t of asked for a better host

The kids had fun jumping for my son birthday party. The kids loved every minute. The food was good. And the staff was wonderful.

The staff was really patient and friendly. The staff was also accommodating and great with kids. A little overpriced but the kids had a great time!!

My phone calls leading up to the birthday party were handled with promptness and very courteous staff. They were super competent and true professionals. The day of check-in the staff and my birthday party staff member were on point and checked in with me throughout the two hours. Overall, I felt like it was a huge success for my 10 year old (high functioning autism ) son. All my guest agreed that they were impressed with the facility, staff, food and cleanliness.

The kids and their parents/grandparents had a very good time. Kids and two parents had a generous amount of play time before party. Everyone was very kind and helpful but I want to give a special shoutout for our host, Hannah. We could not have expected anyone better!

My two party host were amazing. Anthony in particular spent time with the kids explaining rules and guiding them. Multiple times he checked in with me to ensure that everything was to my liking. He provided extremely outstanding service and he should be commended for his great work. It is young folks like him that make parents like me want to come back time and time again. I was sure to tip him very well and inform his manager (He deserved it). There is something called the WOW award and he should receive it.
