My hostess was the best

The manager and the staff were awesome

i was highly satisfied with sky zones employees attitude to assist me with answering and addressing all my questions. i was highly satisfied with the cleanness of the facility. i was disappointed in the length of time we had to wait over 2.5 hours but i understand it was for everyone's safety. the only thing i would add is to have someone at the front door taking temp of everyone who enters but other than that we enjoyed. thank you all.

We felt the wait time to get in with our group was a bit long, the kids were getting restless. They did accommodate add let us in 5 mins early, but a half hour check in is a long time. There were also attendants in the areas that weren’t really paying attention and we had to say something to a few of them about watching that the kids queue up and the rules about running up the vertical walls properly.

Check-in at the desk was easy. However getting all the kids their bracelets on and placing the time sticker on each of their backs took our party hostess over 12 minutes (only had 7 kids). This dipped into the jumping time. May i suggest as each child is checked in they get their bracelet and sticker?

I feel the birthday party was chaotic, in terms of the number of people using the facility at the time. Not sure if it would better for certain areas to be timed to move through them for the parties to be able to stay together. It was overwhelming crowded when we were there.

Wasn’t happy how long it took to check out once everything was finished. Wish there was longer jump time for the birthday especially with how crowded it was.

I would have liked to have had more time in the party area, 40 minutes was just not enough with over 15 people.

The time was not enough in the party room. We were rushing to eat pizza with kids and to eat cake. We didn't even have time to take pictures. We were happy and the kids enjoyed it. However, I was kind of side we didn't have pictures for my daughters birthday. For next time I will bring my daughter for jumping and I know she will enjoy it but celebrating birthday I won't do it again.

Overall we had a great experience and our party host was awesome. However, the amount of time in the party room felt rushed and we had a long wait when trying to pay the final balance and receive my sons gifts.
