She could not open presents while guests were there. We were told that there would not be time. Also, the staff had already put all of her gifts in a big bag that was tied shut

My experience was good but it was not above and beyond

Everything was great. Alani was an excellent host and accommodating. Our party was for toddlers, I wish there was a space dedicated to just our group and not shared for jumping. It’s hard managing the toddlers in my group and being aware of other people’s children in a shared space.

Everything went very well . We had a glow birthday party . Staff was wonderful very knowledgeable, kept clean , food tasted much better than my last visit . It was very hot inside. Within ten minutes my party guest were dripping sweat. My party attendant was a lot of fun I do believe it is too much for one person to give out the drinks and the food most of the kids wanted refills and were not given them till I asked and some of the kids had to get up and go ask for things they needed when he could have asked if they needed more drinks or pizza. The music was great but did seem very hard to ask for something when needed .

I had a 2 yr old with me and the rules are not geared for that. I couldn't be on a trampoline with her as she jumped. I couldn't be an any spot with her by the rules. Not very toddler/parent friendly. I understand safety and all but if parents are jumping on the trampolines at the same time as the toddlers but standing with the toddler then that's safe.

Check in was chaotic. Several employees working there and not knowing who we were or what was going on. Too many parties at once. Several kids got hurt, in my party and others..too many big kids/adults playing dodgeball with little kids. Injuries all over the place.

Check-in information was poorly communicated prior to birthday party. Check - in was very chaotic and waited at least 15 min+ to be helped at the bday party check in desk. No one was at the desk to help us.

Ages were not separated and monitors were not really paying attention. An incident occurred involving blood (not our party) and I felt like team members were not prepared to handle it. Blood was dripping on floor and kids were walking through it and then jumping. Feel like there needs to be towels at each station and a faster protocol to get cleaned up

We upgraded to add the ACs prior to the day of the party. When we arrived no one was sure how to implement this. Halfway through the party the kids were given a wristband to get the ICs. The attendant at the concession was confused about it and had to check line. I suggest putting a process in place for the ICs
