Surpassed expectations 110%. First time booking a party and it was amazing end to end. From booking, to check in, to check out. Recommended to others that were at the party, will use again. Communication was outstanding from ALL staff, I didn't have to do a thing once we got checked in. Seriously, a great experience and a great job!

Most stress free birthday party for a parent ever! Bri did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to make things easy and special. All the kids had a great time. Highly recommend an early morning party, wasn't crowed at all. All the staff were friendly!

First, a big thanks to the team members. Everything was up to the level and well organized. It was worth to spend money at such a wonderful place. Kids enjoyed alot and had a great fun filled experience.

Checking in for a birthday party was unclear. There were no signs stating where to check in so people stood in the wrong line just to be directed elsewhere after waiting. There should be some indication to where people should go if they are in a party.

Our party host Taylor was amazing One young jumper was in a cast and unknowingly couldn’t jump. The staff was so kind and attentive to him The party was very organized and ran as explained

It was an easy party to plan. The only recommendation I have is reading the online invitations. I world have liked to been able to send the invitations to more than 1 parent per child. Other than that, everything was great!!

My party person Solomon, was amazingly friendly and attentive. He made everything so simple for me. I was able to relax and enjoy the party. Everything went smoothly and everyone had fun!

Easy party planning. Great activity for this age group. Kids had a great time.
