Our hostess Alani was excellent!! Her service and sincere interest for everyone having a good time was sincere. Extremely professional and friendly.

The staff and customer service was exceptional!! I organized a birthday party for my 9 year old daughter and everyone, (including adults), had the time of their lives!! I appreciated the fact that I was told, (without having to ask), that I could downgrade on my package due to the amount of children I had there. It saved me some cash and I was extremely happy!! The two hostess were exceptional as well, (I wish I could remember their names), but we'll be coming back really soon due to them!!

Ej was my party host he was great with the kids and did an awesome job setting up. They called are name when it was time for the party room at the exact time they told me which was great overall service was excellent.

Team Member Maddie Washington was an incredible party host and went above and beyond to make sure my children and our guests had a great time celebrating their birthday! She made the whole party run smoothly and most importantly relaxing for me as a parent, she handled everything wonderfully! I will definitely be recommending a Sky Zone party to friends, with specific request for Maddie!

Birthday party for my son was awesome, my only downfall is that the kids wanted to jump after they ate and werent allowed. Myles was awesome with the kids!

My daughter and her friends had a great time. There was plenty of space, activities and food to keep them busy. Leslie’s, Nadia and Briana Y were very friendly, attentive and helpful. My ONLY complaint is that is was VERY hot in the building, the temperature was 83 degrees in the party room. I know it’s very hot out and it’s a huge building but mix that with 25 sweaty kids and it makes it a little uncomfortable for cake and pizza.

The check-in staff were great and very easy to work with. They had everything prepped in the beginning and everything was packaged up when we left.
