I am so satisfied with Sky zone experience. Everything was planned with such us short time and I wasn't stressed at all because the team members made me feel like they had everything under control and it was just like that. Thanks for everything for sure I am going back with my kids. They absolutely love Sky Zone and So am I.

Booking thr party was easy and lot of availability Great customer service Great hostess Loved the new ninja warrior area. Although the waiting time for this area was highier than expected due to too many people.

I think you need to put two person's for organize helpers in the party room because ,, Poor girl she look like she need Help, she was very nice I know she do the best she could do for us to serve us But she look like she was stuck serving every body in the party room by her self,, I really wanted to help her ,, but she no, because I just need to relax,, But i really don't liked She was along to serve the kids and also to the parents she got stuck serving the food and the drinks to every body..

Would've been nice to have access to the party room while the kids were jumping.

I had my son’s bday party there. When our time was up on the trampolines we were told to go to our party room. When we got to our party room, there were no beverages or pizza. One of our guests went to the concession stand and bought 10 drinks for the kids because they were so thirsty. A guest had to spend money out of her own pocket because there wasn’t even water in the room. Our hostess was great in helping us setup and entertaining the kids. But this was upsetting for all of us. When the drinks finally came, barely no one drank from the because we had already had the ones from the concession stand. I was embarrassed that one of my guests spent money out of her own pocket because she didn’t think they were included in the party. The manager did credit my balance and I paid my guest back but this should have never happened to begin with.

The experience was great overall and the juds enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the park was very crowded and the wait time for some of the equipment was a long - 1/2 hour on this section was too little when the area is so crowded ,

The chk in computers do not work and shoes & gift of my guests went into another cart. We found the shoes in the lost and found but the gift went to another party

The food was a bit expensive and the sandwiches were very small. When it was close to the time our party was to end we felt rushed to leave.

The wet smell as soon as you walk in the building. The party room was very cold as well.
