Lauren was a phenomenal party host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and the kids were having fun! We would have liked to get in the party room earlier. (That is not a reflection on the party host who again did an outstanding job!)

Room for 21 children a little too small. I would make it a little bigger.

Our host, Marissa, was wonderful and one step ahead of everything that we needed. She made the party perfect. The place itself did seem a bit understaffed though. One employee was overlooking 3 separate play areas at the same time so a parent was basically working one area to keep the kids safe and make sure they went one at a time.

The helpers were very nice. The jumping areas were not over crowded. The pizza was pretty good. The kids had a great time.

We live 5 minutes from a competitor however my daughter insisted we do her party at Sky Zone Mt. Sinai because of a party she attended there. All of the kids were very impressed and agreed with my daughter that this location was more fun, better areas for their age group and less crowded. Our host Caressa was awesome, very good with the kids and made the experience perfect, thank you!

The park was clean and the staff was attentive. Planning the party was very easy and the staff followed up multiple times. It was very smooth and very pleasant. And kids LOVE jumping.

My son absolutely loved his party. Everyone was so friendly and they made the whole process so easy. I didn’t have to do anything our party hostesses had everything under control.
