Kids had a lot of fun Prices were reasonable

The glow package was a lot of fun with the shirts & extra jump time. The kids had a blast jumping. The staff was terrific - very good at monitor the jump zones for safety & friendly. Our host Will was great.

My son’s 7th birthday party was a blast! All of the kids had fun, no one waited long to use anything. All staff members were very nice, friendly and helpful. Fiona was assigned to our party, she was great, super friendly. She took care of everything we needed snd did it with a smile! We would definetely come back and/or host another party here!

I know birthday party’s are increasing in price but $500 for 15 kids just seems high to me. I will be looking for other options in the future even though my children love sky zone.

The price seems reasonable. Jake, our party host was very helpful. He anticipated my needs and kept me posted with the time as to where we needed to be so we don’t run out. He’s definitely an asset to your team! You have a lot more to offer now at sky zone, not just the trampolines, which is great. You cater to different age-groups and continue to be relevant. Keep it up!

They were very accommodating, we originally had 21 jumpers and ended up with 12 day of the party, they didn't make us pay for the package with 20 kids and downgraded to the smaller package!

The party helpers were great. Everyone had a good time. It was fun.

The party was scheduled for 11 am but did not start until 11:30. I understand that waivers need to be completed, but a 30 min time lapse for little kids to just hang around and wait on a bleacher “aka jump around on the bleacher” seems excessive.

I only have one issue and that was none of the kids were told to sign the shirt for my daughter to take home as a keepsake. Besides that all was great. The kids had an awesome time !
