For the amount of money I paid to have a birthday party there--a few more pies should be included in the price.

The hostess that we had upon arrival was different then the one mentioned on the phone. We were not completely satisfied with the attentiveness of our hostess. We felt very rushed once we were in the party room.

Check in process for the party was long a tedious. Kids were getting impatient. Didn’t like that some of the kids in the party had to wait to play dodgeball without the group. The party should be able to play together.

We were extremely rushed thru everything. The hostess started putting out slices of pizza before the guests even got to the room so the pizza was cold. Kids were supposed to start with half slices but she handed out whole and all that was left for adults were half. She opened the cake and put it down in front of my son and was getting ready to light the candle before I even knew what was going on. I was speaking to a parent and next thing you know lights are out and theyre singing happy bday, i wasnt even ready with my camera or in proximity of my child. That made me really upset. I dont know if we were even in the room for a half hour. Julia was good but the other hostess was like a bull in a china shop. Slow down and ask questions, speak to the parent next time before throwing everything down in front of the kids at once. There was zero communication as to how I wanted things done. I nearly had an anxiety attack.

Check in was a processed. Maybe 2 helpers should be assigned to a party so it does a little smoother Our party host tries her very best to keep up bit we were a party of 17 kids. Party room could have been a little more spacey. Parents had to squeeze in the help their kids.

I book a party for my daughter. I called and asked if party favors were included in my package. I was told that they were included, but that was incorrect information. The favors were $6.00 each. Unacceptable!!!!!

The 2 ladies assigned to our birthday party (Serena and Jill) were extremely helpful and very professional! They did an amazing job! My only complaint was I was told we could extend the party for $8 more per child when I booked but when I inquired they told me no due to Glow party! I wish they would have told me before I booked a later time!

Outside the party room could be more clean and the bathrooms . The time in the party room was not enough time

Check in process took really long and there weren’t enough shirts so kids had to wear ill fitting sizes and colors they didn’t want. Lounge area was filthy. I was very upset to learn we couldn’t stay in the party room until the end of the party. Where was I supposed to put the kids’ Coats and shoes?
