The temperature inside was almost unbearable. It was so hot and humid. I wouldn’t book a party there again because of this.

The host was amazing and helpful! The room was nice and ready before the time so I could decorate it. The staff was friendly. There were WAY too many people for the amount of space, there were birthday parties for young children and then a cheer team came with many, many girls and were doing flips which were unsafe for the amount of space and small children there. They should have reserved the dodgeball court. perhaps the court should be given to birthday parties over 12 kids as well. Additionally, we were given one extra pizza and charged for it. Parents should be allowed to bring in extra snacks for the parties. The food trays are overpriced on top of the price of a party. Parents should not have to have to pay 35.00 for a fruit and veggie tray. 55.00 for pasta is ridiculuos.

It would have been a 10 although the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and the seat was wet and no soap

The facility was way above max capacity. There were not enough people monitoring the jumpers, older kids were jumping dangerously. We booked a birthday room and were given almost no time at all in it.

Check in They should have different lanes for those who booked a party so their guests will not have to wait long in line .

I was highly satisfied

Too busy, sticky floor in Birthday room, hot.

There was a bit of a mix up about who was hosting the party...so we were in the room with no host ...and I started to serve the kids drinks, they were so thirsty..the young man who did come was great!

We were told water would be available for our guest. Unfortunately they met when in the room only. Had to buy water bottles at concessions. $2 a piece. Place was crowded also. Seems like they over booked.

When we arrived crew seemed lost couldn’t find my reservation, asked if I was sure we booked at that location, I feel they should have all the info of the birthdays ready upon arrival
