The facility was way too crowded. It was too hot in there. Not enough staff.

We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday and had lots of toddlers, we paid for a private jump area but had other people coming into our court. The initial staff seems unprepared for our arrival and irrated when we had to ask for the gift cart, water ext. The party manager was very nice and helpful once he arrived and our party leader was very nice and attentive. Overall the experience was good, and we will most likely have a party there again.

Way to many people for the size of building. Not enough seating. The parking was horrible!!
