All staff members were efficient and friendly. The staff member that assisted with our birthday party was very patient and accommodating to the children. The whole experience was very easy and enjoyable.

I want all the managers to know this was the best party experience ever! The staff was so friendly and the manager worked with me on pricing because I had a hunch if toddlers. The staff was very kind and helpful. We have had a few experiences with Sky Zone where they have gone above and beyond to accommodate and work with me the customer. I will definitely be recommending Sky Zone to all my fiends and family!

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind - from scheduling the party to being at the park for the party. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time, and we are very happy with the experience.

Everything was really easy and I didn’t need to do much beforehand. The staff was extremely nice to myself and the kids at the party. The jump and glow is a unique experience that my son will never forget!

We had an amazing experience! Jeannie was our hostess and she was awesome! Very attentive and super kind! My only issue was it was difficult speaking directly with someone, I had to leave multiple messages. However, my messages were returned within the same day and had a lot of help with planning our birthday party!

All the children had a fantastic time, the party assistant was an awesome young lady. Everything was smooth! The party checkin desk could have used 1 more person checking kids in, there was only 1 for a long while.

The staff at the park were super helpful and great. The only complaints I have was how stressful it was to get an accurate guest list before hand. And that the event coordinator did not answer or return my phone calls before the party. We ended up just showing up and hoping for the best, luckily once we arrived everything fell perfectly into place.

The kids had an amazing time, however the order for the party room was wrong and the carts for the room were not organized so an entire cart of presents was not placed in our room and I had to go looking for it
