Our host for the party was awesome the gentleman that told us to clean up and leave not so much it was a good thing the girl helping are party was so good or I would have complained about everything that did get messed up

The staff upon check in was real friendly and helpful. Wish there was 30min extra for jump or food.

THe attentiveness of the team members and our host (I believe her name was Nicole?) made the whole experience a very pleasant one. My daughter was thrilled with her party and it was absolutely pain free for me--which is saying something, as arranging events like this make me quite anxious! My kids love Sky Zone, and we will highly likely be back soon.

The check in was fast and easy at the front counter. The party room was convenient and accommodating for all our guests. Our hostess was excellent and did a great job. The kids had a great time.

We enjoyed every minute. From the ease of booking the bday party checking in and the cleanliness of the over place. The food was on time hot and tasted great. The cake was beautiful and not a piece left. Thanks for a great experience for my daughter, she had a blast!

Check-in and party hosts were great. (Mitchell & Hannah?) Lots of kids but staff seemed to keep everything well under control.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and patient. My only hitch was at the very end, we were leaving, my boy wanted water and we were told no we couldn't have water in a plastic cup from fountain machine.
