This was the first time I had my son's birthday here and from beginning to the end everything was perfect! Melissa and the manager, Michael went out of their way to make our day memorable. My only regret was not to have his birthday parties here in the past. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Having to work in customer service myself, I find the employees here very helpful. Thank you !!

Alec was a tremendous help while checking in our party. He was willing to help get water for the kiddos during the 1 hr jump time. Outstanding customer service by Alec and I was very impressed!

I have two severe autisic boys besides my daughter who I had the party at Sky Zone for and the whole team was great helping me keep an eye out for the boys so I could enjoy my daughter's birthday too. Thank you!!

Booking and ordering food was extremely easy. Everyone on the phone and at the park was super friendly, helpful, and great with the kids. The kids had a great time and the price was really reasonable considering all that was included. Thanks for a great party!
