When I booked the birthday party for my son I was told I would have the party room while the kids were jumping. When I arrived the day ofthe party I was told different and all the adults had to stand around for an hr. And by drinks at the concession for $2-4. I bought the birthday party package so the guest wouldn’t have to spend money

We were given someone else gifts and some of the team members couldn't answer basic questions. Also the fact that food was delivered and not made on premises made it hard to add to our menu..

System was down when we were trying to check in birthday party. Party was delayed because if this. Staff did an amazing job trying to take care of us, and they were able to get the system back up.

The area and what was available to the children was great. They loved all the activities and everything. The staff was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to wait to go to the party room, because all these children come with adults and there’s no real place for them to sit and I was under the impression that while the kids were jumping we can at least to be gathered in the party room area where people could bring in the gifts and all that but it just was very uncomfortable having to linger in the area until the party room would become available.

Bday parties jump for 1 hour the dodgeball court is separated by age every 25 min. So essentially my so was just sitting for half his party.

The party helper was kinda of shy and didn’t take control. Pizzas were 15 minutes late

Jump time was not enough for 30 kids. When 30 mins before your jump time is over Sky Ninja is available for the 30 girls? How do you get all of them to experience it? Party room time, again felt really rushed my daughter who’s birthday we were celebrating had to rush eating her pizza because it was already time for cake! Again there are 30 guests in my party which you offer. Everything felt really rushed. Will think twice before booking again for the amount of guests. Maybe for a party of 10 time is enough, but you need to consider adding more time for larger groups

We enjoyed our experience at sky zone for my daughter birthday party. The supervisor Larenzo was very patient and interactive with the kids. He really helped bring the party to life great attitude and great host. Thank you for an awesome birthday.

Everyone I spoke to before and during the party were all extremely friendly and helpful. The parts I was unhappy with were the fact that I couldn't set up my party area until after the jump time started. I paid for myself to jump and watch my kids enjoy themselves but instead I was running around trying to set up the party area. Another part was that with only 1 hour to jump nobody in my party was able to do the sky ninja due to wait times

My issue was that I purchased a party package off of Groupon. I was completely unaware that I needed to make sure the party was included for the entire duration of the party. It wasn’t until two days before I found this out and had to call and speak with 3 other people to resolve this. I never usually like to make issues concerning managers but I’ve hosted parties at several bounce places i.e. FLIPnOUT extreme, Get Air, GlowZone etc all of which include a party room the entire time. I think those who buy the Groupon should be made better aware of this up front being that they may not realize this. The issue was resolved luckily because no one else booked before us but it wasn’t guaranteed so I was totally stressed my non jumping guests would have a place to hang out and enjoy the snacks I brought until the day of. Our party host Lorenzo however was amazing. He was the biggest redeeming factor. I may return. Definitely won’t recommend a party to others.
