Team members were engaged, friendly and did an amazing job on the party room setup. Jordan at check in was awesome and she made the experience great!

The sky zone employees went above and beyond. Another family got irate about something and when asked to leave the argument resulted in one member pulling a gun out. The staff very quickly moved everyone to safety and kept all adults informed. I thought they acted impressively given a less than ideal situation.

The overall quality of service we received was greatly appreciated. The party flowed perfectly with the assistance of the staff. Lastly the children enjoyed them selves.

The ease of planning the party, the time allotted for the kids to have fun, the hostess was very helpful and friendly as were the check in staff and the pizza was very good! We will definitely be returning this weekend! Thank you all!

Check in person was amazing and Sophie the party assistant also phenomenal Only improvement would be more comfortable seating for parents while kids wait. Minor - every thing else was exceptional

Staff was very helpful. Kids had a great time at the party. Party attendant was great!
