Party attendee highly satisfy with parents and kids.

The computers were a Hassle of checking in. Some equipments were tearing from I guess previous use. There was areas that were closed up and not open.

I booked a party room and had to wait a half hour to go into it. There was another party room not being used. But me. The birthday boy and our guests were the ones who had to hold the burden. Spoke up about it and no resolution was provided. Not ok

staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND MASK WERE WORN BY EVERYONE. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and come back for another visit!

The hosts were extremely nice but really not trained that well. I felt like I (the parent) had to tell lead the way more than I preferred. Before jump time I had kids just standing around and they did nothing with them until I told them. I tipped the young ladies very well because I don’t feel that it was their fault, it was clearly a training issue. I am really glad we brought a speaker because there was no music in the party room. The party experience was fine for the kids, I just feel it could have been so much better. Thank you to Nicole and Alliyah. (Not positive about 2nd name)

The main reason why I choose sky zone for the birthday party was the Foam Zone, and it was closed on the day of the party. Then the battling area was pretty popular, there were a bunch of kids trying to do it, but there was one person who stayed there over an 30 minutes or so. The staff saw him there for a while but did nothing about it. A kid in my party group did not get the chance to do that since there was no control of how long turns would be, or if there were even turns to take.

Would have appreciated more time to set up the party room while the kids were jumping. Felt very rushed once it was time to head to the party room.

During the birthday party the hostess was very friendly and kind but I wished she was more involved in doing everything then I was doing most of the parts.
