Staff was great. Hosted a birthday party for 15 kids. I think the package was overpriced for one hour and 40 minutes of party time. Kids had to wait 20 minutes to start jumping after check in. So people who arrived on time had the longest wait. Loved that the room was set up when we entered. That was very nice to see.

Everything was great. One issue: When we came to the Party room, it was not clean after the previous party the day before. There were empty cups on the tables and seats, and trash on the floor. I asked the hostess to help me clean the room since the guests were coming in. I wish the room was clean when we walked in. Otherwise we enjoyed our experience.

I felt rushed in the party room. 40 minutes isn’t enough time for pizza, cake, cleanup, and having everyone leave.

Restrooms were gross. The party package was overpriced for the 12 small balloons I got - my paperwork said there would also be 2 Mylar balloons but there were not. My party host was difficult to find as she had numerous other jobs to do.

We arrived at the zone when it opened and the equipment and viewing areas were very dirty

We were highly satisfied. The cost was a bit pricey given most the jumpers in party had own socks and I was still charged.

Although staff was in and out and helped when asked, she was not really helpful in party room (only brought drinks when needed). She also did not explain any rules, etc. or let us know when jumping time started.

After online booking he birthday party, no email explaining everything that was included was received and when calling to ask questions, i was on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Twice i hung up and called back later. It’s cheap not letting guests into party room for an hour and the jump time of 1 hour is also ridiculously short. I also was tricked into the decor package by asking what cooor balloons we wanted, not understanding i would’ve charged $25!!!! The bright spot was the lovely host and the very good local pizza.
