They made sure that I had everything that I needed for my sons birthday party!! Then my son lost his phone during the party and they all looked for it and found it. You got a some great crew there

Alison was an awesome party host along with the 2 girls she was training. They checked in with me regularly throughout the jump time and were very professional and friendly! The party was awesome. I liked that after our time in the party room ended, we were able to move into a lounge area to open gifts. The lounge where we opened gifts was the only dirty area in the whole facility. Overall we were very pleased!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and party room were very clean. The children had a wonderful time!!

Overall the party was expensive but we had a ton of kids and everyone had a blast, so worth it.

Makenzie helped with our party and she was amazing!

The place was clean and fun. The party was easy to set up and well organized. The girl that assisted us in the party room was pleasant and helpful.
