My kids had a awesome birthday. Staff was helpful and very friendly. It was one of the easiest parties I have ever done , because I didn’t have to do anything!! I will definitely recommend Skyzone for a birthday party event! Thank you so much.

Every step was very detailed and organized from the moment we walked in, until we left the building. The entire facility was very clean and all employees were nice and helpful. Our party hostess, Cira, was extraordinary helpful and hands on with our whole party.

Our group arrived early and you were able to allow us to begin before our scheduled time. Our host was wonderful. It’s a perfect venue for kids of all ages

We had a birthday party at the sky zone in Hagerstown the party hostess we had was Kristen she was very very helpful and was there if we needed anything she come out to check on us and just was on top of everything

Everyone was very friendly and was there to help if I needed anything. The place was very clean. And it was not very busy with the holiday and the kids were able to have a lot of jumping time.

The staff made this a wonderful experience for myself, the birthday boy and our guests. Super easy to book the party and we're very understanding when I called in to do an add on at the last minute. Overall, wonderful experience!
