Our party rep was the reason it went so well. Riley was awesome! I really hope I got her name right. She made it an easy experience and was awesome with all the kids. We were at the Hagerstown location 11/22/19 @ 5:30.

The hostess was very helpful. We planned the party early enough that the line wait times were awesome! I’d highly recommend an early party at Sky Zone!

Hannah was great, all the kids had a blast. The pizza was late being delivered (no one at Sky Zone's fault) and they extended our jump time by 15 minutes so the kids could jump until the previous parties were done with the party room. All was handled very graciously. My son said it was his best party!

Having a birthday party at Sky Zone was a very pleasant experience. We've tried places that claim to take care of all the set up, time schedule, clean up etc. but usually fail miserably. Sky Zone did what they said they would do. The whole experience was fun for everyone including the parents!

Timing of event from start to finish was perfect. Staff members were extremely helpful. Seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Maggie was an awesome Event Coordinator...from the phone call beforehand up to the final minutes of the party itself.

Kids had a blast. Something for all ages. Something for everyone to do.

Staff were inviting and friendly. Birthday hostess was extremely organized and helpful. Kids all had a blast!!

The party staff were very organized, I didn’t have to worry about making sure all kids got pizza and drinks. They were helpful and friendly and even helped when the birthday boy had a meltdown. Highly recommend, I’m very happy with the experience.

Our party manager was very helpful and engaged the entire time. He was very helpful with the kids and arranging everything that we needed. It was very clean and many attendants around to make sure the rules were followed.
